The Ali'i Suite
$165.00 per night --- 4 night minimum

There is a seven day package available for $1050, as well as a one month package for $3,000. This spacious suite has a private entrance and private lanai (Hawaiian patio) with mountain and ocean views. It has a private bath, large kitchenette, cable TV, air conditioning, and comfortable amenities. This home away from home suite is located in an oceanfront tropical garden setting (prices subject to applicable tax).

Orchid Suite
$125.00 per night

This tropical suite is all brand NEW; as is everything in the entire home. A queen bed, ceiling fan, and separate bath make this breezy suite ideal to pass time in paradise. The bath has handicap bars installed for convenience and safety. Sit back and enjoy the view of white bird of paradise trees, Brentwood ferns and rainforest lush tropical landscaping.

Protea Suite
$185.00 per night

Nothing but exceptional value in this brand NEW two bedroom suite. The bath has handicap bars installed for convenience and safety. Let the sound of the ocean lull you into the wonderful quiet of the night in Waimanalo. Queen-size in one bedroom and twin beds in the other, make this the ideal accommodation for a family vacation, or two couples traveling together.

Pikake Suite
$175.00 per night

You can't get much closer to the ocean than this. You will enjoy the seclusion of a separate entrance, private bath and kitchenette. Or, you can enjoy the NEW, full kitchen a few steps away. This is a large studio, refurbished August 1999, with a queen-sized bed, air conditioning, and handicap equipped bathroom. Relax in cool breezes, enjoy the view of the Ko'olau Mountains and the tropical gardens at your doorstep. Gated,  private parking for all guest suites.

Bird of Paradise Guest House
$220.00 per night   ---   $1420.00 per week

for additional couple (4 people)

$500.00 per night --- $2975.00 per week

For a party of up to six, this is the absolute best. A two story guesthouse featuring a full on Ocean View on a NEW and renovated 2nd floor lanai. There are two spacious bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and one with a double bed, beautifully decorated living area, a private bath and, a complete private kitchen and breakfast room. Additional room with hide-a-bed completes the accomodation. This guesthouse is newly renovated this season. Separate, on-site parking.

The entire 6 bedroom home is available at a rate of $700/day with a four night minimum or $4375/week, accommodating up to 14 people.
