From a leisurely walk on a secluded beach, or an exciting parachute jump from a perfectly good airplane to every kind of watersport known to man, to an unforgettable round of golf, or a country ride on horseback, we have it all. Visit historic sites like Punchbowl National Cemetery and Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbor. Take a tour through Chinatown, visit the restaurants and shops at Aloha Tower Marketplace and see Honolulu Harbor.

We also have a wide variety of beaches. You can ride "the big ones" on the north shore or you can enjoy calm swimming beaches in Waimanalo. Boogie-boarding at Sandy Beach is the best, or you can fly on your windsurfer at Diamond Head or Kailua Beaches. For those who enjoy swimming with Dolphins there is an excellent Dolphin Adventure Tour that our guests have raved about. And there is nothing like a sunset on a beach on The Windward side where you'll experience lush tropical beach settings, which are favorite locations for windsurfing and sailing enthusiasts. Northeast tradewinds keep the coast cool most of the year.

Golfers can enjoy more than 18 public golf courses. They range from par three course's to PGA Championship courses. All have club rentals and require tee time schedules. Two are within 4 miles from The Kom A'Ona Inn.

Hiking Oahu's many trails is a favorite activity of our guests. There are easy hikes for the beginner and other trails only for the most experienced hikers. With two mountain ranges on Oahu you can find a trail that is enjoyable and suited to your experience level.
